uhh..this video is like 2-3 semesters of EE classes. there is no way a layman could track this explanation. but yeah, it's awesome

I understand now the real purpose of grounding, I had a misconception thinking it would move the charge to the earth in case of shorting, but now it makes more sense to me; it is just an extra returning path to main distribution that is why it can be joined to neutral.

If pressure and temperature are correlated, how can the refrigerant be a high pressure yet medium temperature at point 3, yet still high pressure and high temperature at point 2?

Am I correct in thinking the gaps in the 3 phase can be avoided by picking off the voltage at the intersection of each cycle? Hence why its 115/200v. The max is 200 but the pick off is 115v as that is when there is no gap or lull in the power

Very eloquent. Would you know of a design where the Mosfet could be switched to an opposite working device, where as the control voltage increases, the through voltage decreases(JFET??). I will settle for a more basic speed control , I’m desperate.

Ad 13:52 can we have to again take average of average of individual phase of live wire . Sry if my question is incorrect , I am just new to this .

I can't seem to find any explanation as to why in north america black is hot in AC circuits. In every other respect black is ground/negative including the multimeters that test the voltages! Seems to me that white and red should have been hot and black neutral with the extra green for ground. At least for consistency if not anything else.

Bro, why are you using bohrs model and not quantum mechanical model ?

This is a bit too reduced to be useful. Stage 1 is not a saturated vapor. There is something called "superheat". Compressing into stage 2 also adds entropy. Stage 3 is not a saturated liquid at boiling temps. There is something called "subcooling". These simple 4 step diagrams don't cut it.

I am a Service Supervisor for a company called Allmand. The last ten years I have worked with AC power. I did not come from an electrical background and learned everything from experience and electrical engineers. My company mfg portal light towers, heaters and generators from 8kw to 45 kw. Our light towers use 1250 watt metal halide lights, x 4 per unit. The ac generator produces 1 phase 120/240 to light breakers. Each breaker sends power to transformer that will increase power to each light (360-440 +/- 10%).

I don't understand how a Series Circuit with (1) 1.5V Battery (2) 2 Lamps, turn out to have 0.75V when measured across one lamp. That is, when the electrons reach the first lamp, and they are flowing at a particular rate, wouldn't they all just pass through the first lamp, hence, measuring 1.5V for the first lamp ? (Same for the second lamp) Can EE student help explain please : (
