Everyone thinks this is a parody and believe me I would think the same but it's not. The producers who made the anime were told they they need to make a dub English version and didn't want to spend too much money or time on it, so they hired American company to do it with a limited budget. The American company asked if they can be creative with the script, they were told do whatever they wanted with it, they didn't care. So this is the end product you got, cause the original Japanese version didn't do so well but the American version did quite well. 😉😆

Watching Wendy and Cartman fight (or rather, not a fight, but a beating of Cartman, in fact), I remembered a similar incident in my school. A dude from a parallel class was picking on a feminist girl from our class, calling her a slut and so on. Unlike the fatso, this dude went into a berserker rage, and attacked this feminist girl, and began to brutally beat her. I think he would have killed her if he hadn't been pulled away. However, this episode infuriated me because breast cancer is given much more importance, although pancreatic cancer is MUCH more dangerous due to the fact that it is detected at a late stage. I know what I'm talking about. My grandmother died of pancreatic cancer.
