Ever since the May app update and subsequent firmwares, my Move 2 does nothing but stutter and skip on AirPlay. So I started working with customer service. After doing Diagnostics they told me it was an issue with my wifi router. So I went and bought a BRAND NEW router. Set it up and guess what? It is still stuttering and skipping on AirPlay. So I get back with customer service. Begging them to do a warranty exchange as my Move 2 is only 8 months old. They told me no. And the agent told me that even if they swapped it, the issue would still happen. Excuse me what? How? So is the agent admitting there's an issue with AirPlay? Because first the agent told me it was my wifi. After buying a new router and the issue still persisting, then the agent tells me no to a warranty swap and that no matter what the issue would continue. I have transcripts of these convos with the agent to prove what I'm saying.

S announces it won't be able to roll back to the S2 16.0 after suggestions they would revert to it. 4 months of this mess.

For me Sonos has died since they are not able to fix their app problems (half yeat ago). I will never buy a Sonos product again.

Complete control? I have zero control. (Other than turning the volume up or down.) I'm in an endless loop of being asked to Sign In As The Owner with the app never accepting it and this is after having consistent connectivity issues and being required to use a wired connection even though it's on the same shelf as my router. Considering returning this. At this price point, I am beyond frustrated. Has anyone come across a remedy for this?

Sonos - Horrible! Regret I bought your stuff. It worked okay, until the new app. And you keep on promising but nothing happens to improve. My latest problem, after powercut I have to stand on my head to add the Beam back into the app. Stop selling until fixed please.

The arc is where it lacks in speech volume it sucks needs to be loud as hell then action musoc scenes and 3x as loud like it wasmt loud already hate my arc for that 1 reason

Android user Ordered ipad 10th generation 2022 model just for trueplay only to find out its not compatible not supported? Cancelled the order next day what a shame.

This update is the worst ever. And three months in, you still have not fixed it. I have spent a significant amount of money on sonos hardware, but I will never but anything from you guys again. Treating customers like this is totally unacceptable.

Sonos Ace are a total fail for my needs, so disappointed as they were due to be on my shopping list. I have a 4.1 Sonos system with Amp driving the fronts, I love it but can’t use this feature and a turntable into port that won’t work with these either. Following on from the app issues I’m nervous about committing further into the Sonos ecosystem, losing faith.
