Just bought 2 ERA 300 and a sub gen 4. Spent 3 hours with 3 different customer service guys trying to get them to work. No luck. The sub is just a 10kg brick. Google issues with sonos and their updates in 2024 (like I should have).

hope you got it sorted!! Sonos works almost flawlessly…but you need totally reliable wifi which never glitches - we use a mesh network in a reasonably large house as the standard wifi was flaky upstairs and on perimeters - sorted

I was going through the same I just needed to restart my router apparently
