What did it smell like??? Even little malls have insane smell combinations from the food vendors, scented candle and soap stores, cologne, perfume, movie theatre popcorn and in this case, waterpark chemicals. I would do anything to smell this mall.

I was crushed in Los Vegas when I discovered all the would-be smells in the fascinating buildings were destroyed by cigarette smoke.

Yes thats the bad things about casinos in Vegas. All the smoking. Definitely ruins the experience.

I remember it being a little humid in the main water park area and smelling like chlorine a bit but also all the food stalls cooking so the smells of chinese BBQ and pastries and coffee.

Hi Cody. I am thinking of going there for about 6 months or so. Could you give skne idea of the air quality there? I am worried about air pollution in China. Thank you anyway.
@CodyAbroad2 ай бұрын
The school here in the videos has since moved to Sichuan province and is no longer in Kunming and now is at an even more beautiful temple. The air quality depends on the city and area. The air quality in Kunming was never all that bad. I do know that Beijing has it pretty bad. If I were you I wouldn't let the air quality come between you and an amazing trip in China. My time in China changed my life for the better and I would not hesitate to do it again. Good luck and thanks for watching!

Great! So glad you liked it! I made this video a few years ago but I was in Delhi a few months ago and it was still the case. Now, however, the IRCTC website is accepting foreign credit cards more so I was able to buy all my tickets online directly from the train company. In the past it was a hassle having to buy directly from the station or having an Indian friend buy for you.

Wonderfully explained and very clear to understand. Can you please suggest, may I carry my 249Gram Mini Drone (DJI Mini 3 Pro)? is there any restriction for 249gram mini drone?
@CodyAbroad2 ай бұрын
That's a great question and sorry for the delay. I dont know that one for sure. It would be best to check the Nepali governments rules on drones. I know the 249g drones make it easier for alot of countries since 250 is the cutoff. I'm sure a Google search will tell you all you need to know. Good luck!

I was there 20 years ago, I recall it not having a safety rail at all and at one point the path was being repaired after a landslide - we were going to turn back but the four guys working on it insisted they’d help us over the sheer drop! We eventually came to an outcrop and a shack with tables outside, they had bowls of the multicoloured lichen we had seen growing on the rocks on the trail, we chose a few and they cooked them up, we ate this amazing meal overlooking Dali. Beautiful place
@CodyAbroad2 ай бұрын

Hi, @Cody Abroad 👋🏻 I’m wondering if it’s possible to start this program with zero prior martial arts background? Is this something many students do? Were you enrolled in the Shaolin Warrior Program? Also just wondering if there’s a Facebook or WhatsApp group for people about to start. Thank you!! :)
@CodyAbroad2 ай бұрын
Hi sorry for the delay in responding. Yes the majority of students are total beginners like I was. I was also very overweight and out of shape when I started but after a year that wasn't the case. Your body will adjust to the training after a couple weeks. I beleive the current website is shaolintemple.com. The main shifu is Shifu Shi Yanjun so if you google him he's on IG, FB, KZbin, etc. The school is no longer at this temple in Kunming but in Sichuan province I believe at a bigger Buddhist temple. Good luck and thanks for watching!
