I did my 10 day course on april 2024. But now daily practice has become an issue with focus. I couldn't focus at all. What shall I do ??

Try meditating first thing in the morning before any activity or engagement. If attention to body scanning(vipassana) is too difficult, bring back your attention to just the breath (anapana). Even if it means the entire time you are just meditating in anapana. Every minute in meditation is another minute of benefit added to your credit, regardless of the evaluation one gives to that particular session. May you continue to practice and may you continue to be successful. 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️💐💐💐

Very good question and there are lots of sources, opinions, traditions out there on this subject and I welcome you to do your own research. But to keep it simple, in this tradition any killing of animals (directly or indirectly) will break síla. 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤

@@joedomenzain This can get very technical, like the story in this video. My take is the following: Consuming dairy from an animal that is well treated with love, that is not hurt by it, will not break síla. The animal is not killed, so the precept of not killing maintains intact. If in a chicken coupe there are no roosters, then the eggs are infertile of any future being. If these animals are treated with love and are not hurt by it, eating these eggs will not break síla. The animal is not killed, so the precept of not killing maintains intact. Again I encourage you to do your own research and come to your own conclusion. May you be successful 🙏.

Personally, I find that you can move just a little bit during the first three days of Anapana but get a little more disciplined each time you sit. You can also use a chair or cushion, or even sit against the wall if it helps. Eventually, it will become less painful, and as you go into Vipassana you’ll discover that the pain is simply temporary. ☺️🧘🏼♀️🙏🏼 May all beings be happy
