Someone bought my property and hasn't paid me at all, he prays Salaah 5 times, has a beard and is a Hafiz...I've done everything I can like asking him nicely, going to the courts, going to his house and visiting his relatives but I still have not got anything....he lies that he paid me but has no proof...when I tell him that Almighty Allah is watching him and will punish him for this he calls me a fool....i don't know what to do...this is in Pakistan.

হুজুর খুব ভাল বাগনী ( তুখোর বকতা) আমি তাকে আল্লাহর জন্যই ভালবাসি। সেজন্যই বলব উনি যে বলেছেন তাদের সার্টিকেটে সবয়ং আল্লাহর দস্তখত আছে -এটা চরমতম বিভ্রনিকর, মিথ্যা, বানোয়াট এবং অতি বাড়াবাড়ি। ফতুয়ার ভাষায় কথা বলার যোগ্যতা আমার নাই তবে আকল থেকে বলতে পারি এটার মোটেও গ্রহনযোগ্যতা নেই। ইসলাম সম্পর্কে অজ্ঞ লোকেরা বাহবা দিচ্ছে যেহেতু তারা জাহেল মুর্খ। একমাত্র নবীদের কাছে যে জ্ঞান বা সনদ জীব্রিল (আঃ) এর মাধ্যমে দেয়া হয় যেমন কোরআন, তৌরাত, যবুর, ইনজিল এবং সেই সমস্ত হাদীসে কুদসীও আশারায়ে মুবাশশেরার সনদ আললাহ প্রদত্ত । বাকী যা আছে এগুলোকে আললাহ প্রদত্ত বলা বা আল্লাহর দস্তখত আছে বা নবীর অনুমতি আছে এসব দাবী করা ভনডামী ও সাধারন বেএলম মানুষদের বিভ্রান্ত করা ছাড়া আর কিছুই নয়। এতগুলো লোক বাহবা দিয়ে মনতব্য লিখল কারো মাথায় সঠিক কথাটা এল না??? এটাকেই বলে অন্ধত্ব ! আললাহ সবাইকে হেদায়েত দিন। আমীন।

What about madrasa? Do you consider them deen? Hope Sawab on building one? Or not? Aren't they fall in your definition of bidat? And so many other things i.e. Iftetahe Bukhari, Ikhtitame Bukhari, different congregations, don't you take them as deen? 3. What about things which Sahaba had done like gathering the Quran? 4. What about 2nd azan, which innovated by Syeduna Usman, that's also bidat? No? Why not? This is not scholarship!
