It’s all about perspective, when I was living in Thailand All I wanted was white flakey fish, by the time I left I was eating catfish bait. Try not eating salt for two weeks I mean no added salt no processed food then go out to eat . You won’t be able to eat it because it’s so salty. That’s how your taste works now I love strong fish . I would of told you you were crazy . The more fat in the fish the more I like it.
