I fkn hate the leech man. Not because of this game, but because of RE: Outbreak on ps2. You're in a hospital in Raccoon City, and this mfer can go through the vents and drop down in front of you. Every time he hits you your infection meter goes up. I don't even remember if you kill the bastard, he's literally just a branch off of a bigger fkn leech monster. Update: You incinerate his ass in the morgue, in the basement level of the hospital, and it lets you get around the hospital easier.

1:49:08 Based on Reddit and Steam forum discussions, so there can be some inaccuracies here but I haven’t found any articles discussing it so I had to make do with this, the PC version of RE5 had an update to allow the option to remove QTEs - maybe as a work around to the QTE issues we saw in the mine cart section of the RE4 stream with higher frame rate but that’s a guess on my end so that could be wrong given I don’t play on PC - under Game Settings for Action Assists. That gives you three options of all QTEs, cutscene only QTEs or no QTEs. Whether this gets mentioned later in the VOD I don’t know because I’m rewatching the parts I missed because I fell asleep.

I personally enjoyed the unreliable narrator storytelling of "Friends in High Places", which made it a critique of the heroic tall tales that were used to boost morale of the soldiers.

I'm thinking the way the rebar crossbow works is the power from the batteries is dumped very quickly into the rebar, then sustained. The batteries can be explained as weird alien tech, but i think the best way that much power could be dumped is capacitors.
