I have bilateral foot drop thanks to statins. I quit them because I couldn’t tolerate the cramps. Then, realized I was tripping while walking. It’s gotten worse as the years go by. Fk statins

Im a mom of soon 4 kids. We definately dont own only 52 items, but we embrace a minimal idealism on life. My kids dont have any tech and we have 1 tv in the house. We regularly get rid of toys they dont play with OR stash them in the basement and rotate toys. My kids have a box of recyclables they craft with. At Christmas we buy 1 thing they ask Santa for and the rest is practical. If we dont regularly USE it in this house we first ask our clan of friends if they want/need it (keeping things circular) and if not its sold online or donated. We dont just buy our kids things randomly. We dont buy ourselves anything impulsively. Keeps the junk to a minimum and more money in our accounts.

To be honest it's easy to be rich and minimalist but when you are poor, you are satisfied with small things even if they look crowded. I always believed in the power of sharing but if I give almost everything I would not have money to buy back what I need (because of the triple prices). I see people that are travelling the world, but they do have a nomad job and they are well paid. They don't live with 600 euro at month, tax bills and corruption like in my country. So, this theory applies to a certain extend... Great documentary , keep it up :) It's nice to see people find a purpose in a world filled with consumption. I have God and it's all I need :)

I am glad to say that i have a minimalism thought right from kid, i never wanted to buy anything unnecessary. I feel like am wasting money so i dont buy. even as a kid i never tortured my parents to buy something like how other kids do especially during teenage. Now am 27, i just wore same shirts for 5 years and mostly buy only if they are torn or looks too old. Minimalism is best

Would this be a fair conclusion? Dont worry about a high LDL test . Try to lower your fat intake but never at the price of ingesting poly or trans fats. Fair summary?

I'm a minimalist myself and want to make my own film on the topic. I must say my minimalism is not rooted in trauma, cant say the same for others... I find it best to minimize for other reasons.

We have a free store in town where you can donate stuff and only people in that town can go as long as you paid for a yearly sticker of five bucks!!! It's great! Or just putting things on the sidewalk or yard with a free sign. Love it!

People own possessions. Possessions don't own you unless you owe $$$ on it such as a mortgage, car loan, etc. The majority of the population are highly conscious of sustainability and resourcefulness. Don't be afraid of 'things'.

I think that a lot of doctors are siding with Big Pharma. They push the meds and maybe Big Pharma helps out the doctors. The doctors don't find a cure they just treat the symptoms. I am starting to think maybe the food industry is part of this 3 way game to make them all rich. Kinda like parasites.
