I didn't see any woke individuals in the Bud commercial. Management at Anheiser sees this and wonders..."did we do the right thing?" Yep, those were the days.

Just wanted to go back in time when things were so much simpler. I remember all these commercials sitting on the floor in our living room Mom and Dad still living while my sisters and I watched TV with pjs on never imagined how this f-up world we live in today became pitiful and sad. I'm so grateful that I experienced the good olde days. Boomers Rock

What's changed? We're too busy being sarcastic to one another instead of being nice. Commercials are nowadays too busy making a political statement and worrying if they'll offend anyone instead of delivering their product with a catchy hook with either a slogan or a jingle that will make people remember.

“Talented” is the most loosely used word. We use it to make ourselves feel better.

All good athletes.. yeh.. the first guy was my favorite on SANDBOX.. glad to see him doing it.. the little girl that can flip over sidewalks, without busting her cranium is very talented.. and the pogo guy.. and the child watching tv upside down is a father's dream.. .. and the rugby team.. and the high diver .. everyone remembers the high dive was torture 🤣 all good 😊😁

Odd as it may seem I just commented on another post about the commercial with the native American crying about the trash and litter Americans thoughtlessly throw on the ground.having served 12 yrs with Uncle Sam I don't litter.most soldiers I knew didn't litter either.a little thing called police call will break most folks of throwing trash on the ground.travel overseas and you don't see the usual litter you see here, except,of course, where Americans live in other countries.hard to believe I sacrificed 12 yrs and a 9 yr marriage for this country and the way veterans are treated by the government now.worse than illegal aliens.so damn depressing.sorry, started rambling like an old man.y'all, don't litter, looks bad and says a lot about your character.continue to march and may God bless you.

At 79, I look back at all of these commercials and realize how lucky we really had it. Today, everyone is so angry. They take everything personally. Honesty flew right out the window, and EGO FLEW IN !

😢today, commercials are all about suing someone, medication that is full of side effects, and what gender you think you are. I love watching commercials from the 50s to the 80s.
