Umm...curious about biological rests on those long roads? Did they use nature woods or carried pots with them for that purpose ?

Sounds very easy to have been queen Victoria, I certainly could love food, have a hard time following instructions, visit palaces and...ummm marry a handsome prince lol

This could have been an extremely watchable program if it wasn't for the damn music playing while they were speaking. I had no idea what they were saying. Too many programs do this and it is unnecessary in my opinion.

This episode with the scones is wonderful! I am faacinated with all the beautiful antique kitchen equipment that Ivan uses for each recipe..lucky guy! I think that the furniture and decor of the Victorian era are so lovely. The craftsmanship is exquisite. I wish you had continued your program. I love it.

The Picture your claiming to be Victoria looks like Anastasia Romanov There is a real Picture of her from Family photos of the Romanov family posted on KZbin, the girl that they were claiming to be Anastasia was not Anastasia, someone posted the Real pictures of Anastasia and both girls look alike, even with the same hair styles.

Actually when you think of it, its kind of a giggle that this dumpy, verbally challenged cook is bopping around having a heck of a good time in Victoria's digs, where she probably couldn't have gotten in the front door at all back in the day. And before you go all shocked on me, _I'm_ a rather dumpy common old lady myself, so its not a slam!

Wish he'd kept his stupid hand away from the painting so we could actually see it. Couldn't find a print of this picture anywhere on the internet - they keep it for tourists willing to pay to enter and see it in person. So if you've got the money to travel to Harewood and get in, Bob's your Uncle. If not you're stiffed.

No they don't. You need buildings to represent the periods of history they honor. Victorians wrecked so many classic buildings and monuments trying to "spruce things up"

It was always like that. Some Queens were even worse for it in earlier times, just going around all year staying in country homes, it almost cleaned some nobles out completely, but it always has to be done.
