I didn't find a video. But that would be interesting to see. After I made this video, I found an old picture of the buckets hanging on the cables. From what I've read, it resembled a ski chair lift in operation.

Rodney, are you on the builders group? It looks like you have a governor issue. Possible the torque motor is weak or the linkage has gotten stiff. Your engine should idle without the governor on. I have an updated governor that is all digital we could visit about.

It seems to regulate power well when spooling up to full RPM and when hovering. But during the start up phase, the governor seems to "over react" and it tries to make the engine accelerate too fast, causing the compressor to stall. That's why I have learned to "jog" the governor until it's at idle RPM (around 41,000). Once at idle RPM, I just leave the governor on and everything is okay going up to flight RPM and thereafter. I agree. I think it is a governor issue. Maybe there is a setting on the governor that can be adjusted. I am not on the builders group. How do I join?

Yea, that back part where Jupiter and Saturn are is pretty big. I only mow back there about twice per summer because it's a bit bumpy and takes a couple hours to mow.

This is Shequaga Falls - in my birth hometown. I wonder where Rodney got the name "Eagle Cliff Falls"? Shequaga Falls in Montour Falls, NY, and is a stunning 156-foot waterfall flowing through the heart of the village - directly in front of Montour's National Historic District. Its impressive cascade, especially vigorous after rainfall, and it contributes significantly to the local scenery and it attracts numerous visitors throughout the year. Shequaga Falls. Since it is the main attraction of the village of Montour Falls, I named the video after the town. But I probably should have inserted a caption to clarify the name of the waterfall. Later in the video, there is a second waterfall shown at 2:55 called Eagle Cliff Falls. Thanks for your comment, and what a beautiful area the Finger Lakes region is!

I flew my airplane to north Fox Island; I noticed it is exactly north of the Goshen IN. airport. Exactly. I camped overnight. I imagined that for one day I was the mayor & sheriff there. At the time it was loaded with monarch butterflies. No cell service.

because the size to distance is so separated I personally like the dual scale model where sizes are 1:1B and distances are 1:1T, I think it does both jobs well at the same time while keeping it at a reasonable size. anyway this is still very cool!
