I think its important to remember that Taylor's songs are often about more than one person and more than one subject. I get the crazy fan interpretation of the song, but i think there are parts of the song that are about something else and thats fine too. "These people raised you to cage you" and "these people try and save you cause they hate you" sound an awful lot like trauma from a religious upbringing. In addition to overbearing fans, she can also be referring to media and tabloids putting her personal life under a microscope and disecting it and speculating on it. Throughout the years magazines covers have asserted that she is pregnant with the baby of whichever celebrity she was dating. "I'm having his baby, no I'm not" COULD be addressing that. I do also like the interpretation that the "no i'm not" negates the entire phrase "I'm running with my dress unbuttoned, screaming 'but daddy I love him' I'm having his baby" In this interpretation "no i'm not" refers to that whole scenario. She's not doing any of those things because she's a grown up who makes her own grown up choices So i think the crazy fan interpretation makes sense, but she covers a lot more in the song than just that one topic and i think those messages are being overshadowed.
