Great video. I used to take the bus nearly regularly from 2000 to 2014 from the terminal and my main memory of being there was the Bus announcements, recorded on tape with the voices of employees. In fact, as somebody who is blind I was helped by one of the voices and right away I recognize it and he told me yup, it's me. I liked hearing to hear the city and town names the buses would be going through in parts of Ontario. Also, having taken Go Transit since 2002 I find it very hard to get to station and the bus terminal where it is now seems like a daunting challenge. However, at some point I would like to take the bus again and the upside for me is that the bus route I take stops at Union Station And it's just finding the bus terminal being the big hurdle for me. I missed the Coach terminal and I hope it is preserved as much as possible and I wonder who what will happen with the Grey Coach sign on the front in block letters. I would love to have it, but I don't know where I could put it or if I could afford to purchase it

I miss Arlington Station

miami rapid transit is a failure in the perspective of what we couldve had. no connections to doral, hialeah, or any of the other residential areas more inland. instead we have the typical suburb to downtown metro design rather than the suburb to suburb design look at any other city outside with a similar population to miami and you’ll see

This is such a dopey history. I'm sure you've detailed it appropriately, but adding and closing service to the same stations every few years is so asinine/has to be a huge waste of money and disruption to people.

I currently live in the area, and I'm impressed that it's managed to make transit work even in a sprawling, stroad-filled sunbelt city. Can't wait for the new Silver regional rail line!

The south busway is great, but it would've been so much better to just extend the existing metro lines or Tri-Rail to Homestead.

I'd consider this to be more of a tram than a light rail.

Can't wait for the newly electrified Caltrain service! I'll get to try it next time i visit the area in November.

I'm going to be entirely honest, as someone from the Philadelphia suburbs I just don't see the Franklin square station staying open. Don't get me wrong I would love to have more Transit options within the city of Philadelphia and the suburbs, but I just can't see it for that station. If you're coming from Philadelphia to go to Jersey, you're almost guaranteed to be going through 8th and market, it's so much more well connected. SEPTA provides two free transfers, as well as a bonus free transfer if your navigating through certain hubs. You're not going to take this station to go into the rest of philly, because there's a bus station right across the street. You're just going to take the bus to 8th and market and get on rest of the system from there. So if you are in the immediate vicinity of the station, and you're going to New Jersey, then you will use the station, otherwise most of that capacity is going to be going through 8th and market. On the flip side if you're coming from new jersey, unless you're going to one of the tourist destinations, you're going to take the train to 8th and market so you can get on septa system. Who knows, maybe I'm wrong, hopefully I am. But I just don't see it for this station

That's one of the main reasons I miss working downtown. Loved taking the Orange or Red to and from work every day. Then my company moved which raised my expenses due to driving by nearly $8k/year. I didn't stay there long after that and found a job a little closer to home that was over a 50% raise. So, that turned out OK I guess.

Fort Worth and Dallas have two different bus systems only sharing the TRE between the two cities. Dart Is operated in Dallas and the Trinity metro in fort worth.
