Do you sell the specialty parts that you make?
@REVOGGАй бұрын
I spent 2 1/2 hours looking at other videos, trying to convince myself that I could get this done, and as soon as I was about to scratch the ideal your. Videos popped up, In my opinion, your way seemed the simplest and very budget friendly, and you showed the important steps. Priceless video! I'm. Building the 3d printed Kenworth along with the tamiya flatbed /lowboy conversion, and this dozer conversion will be a great addition to them both. The problem is that I can print faster than I have time to put the parts together.😅

One of the guys had a different truck and the vibrator roller from Burnie222, at an outdoor dig event and they function as good as they look. We were all kind of blown away by how nice the models look and perform. I don't know the exact specs but the roller is designed to be packed with tire balancing weights and was easily over 20 pounds, did need the dirt to be just a bit damp to work really good. The articulated truck worked as well as the metal ones from other companies

How wide is this trailer? It might possibly be able to accomodate the new Losi 1/12th scale race cars. Pretty cool that you're making this to match your friend Arte's trailer. Great video and it looks like you made a good purchase!
@joe_of_all_trades4 ай бұрын
trailer is just under 7" wide and the door it right around 5" wide, a prototypical trailer the entire rear would fold down and I am thinking about doing that to this trailer!

Hello. Greta truck and good video explanation. What are these white plastic containers stacked with drawers. Could you have some labeling or product number or internet page for me where I will find them. Stacking in height is the only solution for too much RC Cars I have. Thanks a lot. Regards.

If you are going to film everything in 10x speed, it is too irritating to watch and not helpful either.

Hello Joe. I'm curious if the original name plates are still on the locomotive and cars showing the serial #? The first G-12's were made in the original factory in Addison, IL. under the name MT&RR Co. where my first one, the #141, came from. Later ones were made at their new (at the time) factory in Rensselaer, Indiana under the name MTC where my 2nd, the #337, came from. My #141 was retrofitted with hydraulic drive like yours but only driving the rear power truck as it had a 5 gal hydraulic tank where the front drive shaft used to be. I retrofitted a tilt-bed trailer to take it around for private parties and train shows under the name Rails Of Fun Miniature Train Rental. Here's a clip of the #141 when I took it to the Skyview Drive-In Theater in Belleville, IL. for their 60th Anniversary; kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5mVfIiMi7KWgpYsi=7VbrIZ6ZPST1HEFY; where I first saw one when I was 5 years old. Unlike when I was there as a child, not only did I get to drive the train at the Skyview Drive-In, I got to take it home with me! Btw, I had some derailing issues too at first. I solved it my using turnbuckles at the ends of each of the track sections. I sure miss them both, except for unloading, setting up and loading it up again! I sold them in 2012 but still have my Ward Manufacturing Co. model Little Chiefs ride and recently obtained a Ward Company LLC steam locomotive model. Now my 35 night a year amusement park has two attractions; www.holidaylighthopping.com/post/4008-healy-ct-affton-mo-63123?fbclid=IwAR2HOpcFJaymIsq0r4sdSahboceHgwMENB0hpDjCSxSoS6c4IG97gieYXT4. Best wishes with your project and hope you get to have the enjoyment that I do every holiday season putting smiles on children's faces with my Rails Of Fun Holiday Park!
