The reason why the biped objects are scaling "wonkey" is because he should be scaling in Local mode, not View mode.

Been using max for 15 years and didn't know about this transform toolbox. PS. You don't need mirror down the side. You have it on the top menu bar.

It's really frustrating how beards (at least on dwarves) seem to be somehow attached to the mouth region. So as soon as you choose a beard, you can't customize the mouth area anymore... It also changes the whole face area around the beard for some reason. Dunno if this was Biowares only solution to avoid clipping or something... Really frustrating, especially since DA:O has such amazing beards for dwarves. Why they haven't added them in DA:I is beyond me.

I am still massively surprised by the lack of dragon age origins mods - especially new quest/landscape mods. This is such a great engine, and the superior dragon age game. How did it never recieve the same community modding efforts as neverwinter nights 1/2?

You can smooth out normal maps by turning on supersampling.
@3DxPOD
@3DxPOD 4 жыл бұрын
At 20:21 when you enable projection mapping, you can click on the button just to the right of it that says Options, and there you can enable supersampling which makes your maps anti-aliased.
