They knew she wanted to sell the island , so spiked her drinks to make her deteriorate mentally . But she already was mentally unwell, hence seeing her dead special needs sister Linda as alivd. (Linda died 10 years before in a bee sting allergy incident). So when she realised what theyd done, she killed them.
