My account is connected to the bank, my question is if I can categorize that transaction from the bank feed, or if I must do it through a refound receipt. Greetings!

Thank you so much for your video, I am an accountant working on a client that is based in the US, but has clients and vendors in Canada. Intuit does not have any personal that are multi-currency experts in desktop, your video is literally the only support they could provide. My question: We provide monthly reports to our client, however we have an issue with our AP and AR Aging reports. They show a difference compared to the account balance on the balance sheet, do you provide any videos on the financial statements and how this is adjusted in the background (balance sheet vs AR/AP aging summary)? We have a difference of almost $4,000 (which has forced our AR/AP to be a credit balance). Our client has separate AR/AP for forign and home currency clients. Our "CAD" aka Canadian AP/AR accounts are the ones that are off. Do you have any videos how to fix this (similar to the end of your video explaining the realized vs unrealized gain and losses). Thank you for any assistance!

Hello, have mistakenly choose USD as my local currency and have already posted 8 month transactions... was wondering if there a way can fix this without starting a fresh. am using QuickBooks desktop.

I am trying to remove balances left over from a partnership break up. One partner had multiple banking and credit card balances. At the end of 2022 the taxes were filed and partner cleared out the banks but they were never adjusted in QuickBooks. They throw everything off. Would you explain to me best way to remove them from the balance sheet. I've listened to so many of your tutorials, but afraid to mess up the books which are in balance.

Currently in QuickBooks Desktop, we use "Adjust Quantity/Value on Hand" to adjust the inventory quantities and values at the end of every month (under Mfg & Whsle, Inventory Activities, Adjust Quantity/Value on Hand). Then for the "Adjustment Type", we choose "Quantity and Total Value" since we use more of a weighted average cost to value our inventory (see attached screenshot showing the page we use to make the adjustments). On the Online Advanced test drive, we found where you can adjust the inventory quantities, however we can't figure out how to adjust the values as well. Are we looking in the wrong spot? Or maybe there's some setting we can change so that we can adjust the values too?

There is so much information in this course. I loved it because it is so well structured that it allows you to go in spiral and keep using what you already learned. I did the Intuit courses from Coursera, and this course is better structured and explained. I literally felt like I learned so much more about quickbooks on an easy and practi al way. Hi! With the first example, the trial balance shows $6k in bank account and $6k credit in "accounts receiveable," even though I set up the "unearned legal fees" account in the chart of account. Any ideas of why is this happening?

Sir My query is regarding to the cost of inventory pér unit purchased for trading. Suppose I run a computer hardware store. My first purchase of keyboard was of 100 but when the stocked was consumed the second lot I got is of 150. Now if I change the cost of item to 150 the previous cost of 100 is also updated with 150. If remains at 100 cost per unit is charged 50 less how can I handle this problem in Qb
