Don’t forget to use fresh baking powder. Baking powder can be dead even if it's not past the due date. To check if your baking powder is still active, pour 1/4 cup boiling water over 1/2 tsp baking powder. If it bubbles, it's still good. If not, it's no good!

Flauschig ist eine Textur, kein Geschmack. Ich verwende Google Translate, um aus dem Englischen zu übersetzen, vielleicht ist es nicht richtig übersetzt :)
