@@AthearnModelTrains Well......... other than pickle cars, I think Athearn is absolutely great. My personal opinion: Atlas makes a great locomotive, but Athearn does also, and Athearn makes more popular locomotive models than Atlas. Thanks again for all you do for the hobby.

We announced early all gray CSX GP40-2s with new tooling for the slug mothers back in February of 2023, they are due to arrive in mid to late fall of this year: www.athearn.com/product/ho-gp40-2-locomotive-csxt-6429/ATHG64829.html We have no current plans to bring back unpowered dummy locomotives at this time.

We announced former Conrail NS GP38-2s in the previous run.

@@AthearnModelTrains I've got 5234 & 5280 on pre order but they are the older non horsehead models with pilot mounted ditch lights, a small class in ns fleet of gp38-2. To my knowledge all high eng ns gp38-2s are the old paint scheme or high hood units none of the newer or rebuilt models. I'd personally order a few more horse heads to run locals. Love the work yall do though!
