Chaffles are the bomb.....I mix the cheese with the egg, and add some to the bottom and top. I make ahead and freeze . add almond flour to make a hamburger bun. I use these to replace pasta when having spaghetti.

@@northerngirlhobbies The nice thing about the mini waffle makers is you can usually find them for like $15. Dash is the brand a lot of people have, but Starfrit makes one that is the same. These kinds of recipes are amazing because you can put pretty much anything you like in them!

Next time, I'll need to flip it in the maker. The top doesn't get quite as hot as the bottom. Quick, delicious breakfast! They can even be stored in the freezer and be reheated.

@exploringmybackyard morning T. We build them on trailers. Best thing, since we are up in the air with future plans for the property. Have a few things yet to do before I do a tiny house tour. I didn't think I would fit in their either to be honest. If you have any questions, Alex will be able to answer them certainly.
