Dubai is materlism on steriods. Hotels cost 10,000 a night. The laws are extremely strict. Surely you can find a better city or country to spend your money.

The biggest scam in IT is the money exchanges in the tourist's area. They charge for commissions and all kind of other fees. Watch out for all the small prints. They will rob 1/3 of your money in day light.

Love all the Roman-Italian influences in France and in Nice...all the colorful houses in Old Town just like the ones in beautiful Italy...Cervo Italy...all those quaint narrow streets make it feel like Italy, yet it is France...BTW: NICE once had an Italian name 'NIZZA'. Part of the Italian state long ago as was Savoy, etc.
