Saint Monbiot : What a shame that the truth about climate is corrupted by for instance people like Michael Mann and his "crooked" hockey stick. Monbiot is an extremest , his explanations about climate and how complex the climate is is true but C0 2 is not the cause . C0 2 is life giving.

This is an amusing interview… full of lies, half truths and propaganda. Greta for example went to a special school where she could CHOOSE which days she attended. By default, she cannot be on strike as she was not required to be in school everyday. The example of tipping points, hilarious 231 million years ago George says, it was terrible… what he doesn’t say is that after that ‘tipping point’ the greatest explosion of life happened (the Dinosaurs) in an atmosphere with 12x the CO2 we live in today.

It's the West's responsibility and COP talks should be scrapped. The Global South should continue using fossil fuels in order to develop their nations. The West should make the sacrifices and drastically reduce its CO2 emissions so that climate change is reversed. It's the West that is propagating climate change theory. It's the West that has contributed the most to CO2 in the atmosphere. It's the West that has benefited from using fossil fuels. It's the West that should change. There is no need for global talks on climate change.

A little less talk and a little more action. We know the problem!!!!! What can really cause a change?? You want to change the economic system?? Please develop a workable new system that unlinks us from the international economy that has us all in a bind. I do love your argument but never do I hear the solution from you George.

How convenient! Oh, nope, nevermind No need to watch that video, actually, i'll tell you. 1. See who are the main official in power 2. Find out their favorite food, type of women, and favored season 3. Have their dream lady get in touch with them at a bad time, suggesting a date at a place that serves their favorite food, make sure she films it for memory 4. Become a candidate at the time of election and use the tape as part of the presidency campaign, to prove of how weak minded the current staff 5. Regardless if you win or not, you'll have a big enough fan base to start your own country, have all your supporters sell their assets and invest it in a land under your sovereignty, with a personal legislation, and borders, and if you really could do better then eventually more and more areas will join and the government will be taken down. SiMplE! Don't tell nobody Lolz, just playing, even though this might actually work, but it's not the best way to go about it, especially that you basically caused the corruption :P You don't take down a government, you either change it or decentralize it, and the challenge is to do it without causing a civil war or an anarchy Forreal though, we gotta change the system, we could do so much better, competition, mediation and hierarchy shouldn't exist in a united nation, everything has to be by the people for the people, what's needed is a type of spiritual awakening, and it might be hard for everyone to agree to reform the structure, perform a wealth transfer, and rebuilt it from the ground up with equal opprotunity in mind, simply because the ones on top are materialistic, they're not really into win-win systems, think of how sports have two teams and how boxing became a sport, the people are divided through manufactured opposition, none of the countries have a shared ever-green vison that's really for the people, we need a paradigm shift. Some might debate that we can't all win due to scarcity, but I'd argue otherwise, it's not the food that's lacking, it's some stomaches and how they wish to keep on stacking, equality starts with land sharing, we shouldn't have to work for the basics. it is what it is though, hopefully people lean towards community building more now that labor could be automated and solar energy could be used as a renewable energy source, perhaps we functional minimalism could gain traction and people start working towards self-sufficiency, who knows. Forrsure change doesn't come from no leader though, and it doesn't come in the form of a revolution, it has to be a collective educted gradual effort.

Monbiot's problem along with all the other hysterical global warmer disciples is that they simply ignore FACTS and especially those which show that AGW is a myth and that capitalism is really the only practical and workable financial system despite its flaws. It's a bit like saying that democracy is the worst form of government except for all the others, though these delusionalfolk simply don't get it.

I'm looking for book recommendations from anyone who liked any of the following as a kid; Momo, + Never ending story by Michael Ende, Chronicles of Narnia esp. The magician's nephew, The voyage of The Dawn treader + The Silver chair.
