I just made them, exactly as per the recipe. Beautiful results, only much darker than your shells...turned out fully chocolate-looking. And I only added 2.5 grams of cocoa powder, (half the recipe suggestion).

Should this just use regular table cream 10-18%, or heavy whipping cream 35%?
