If I switch to ultimate, when will I get the ebook? Will the time for dessert ebook be included?

Great questions! The ebooks will always drop at the end of the month, after all of the recipes have been posted. Each week you will get the tutorial + the recipe along the way though! The Time for Dessert ebook is completely separate from my KZbin channel and membership program, so it will not be included in any membership deals.

I want to join the ultimate tier. Do I need to cancel my macaron lovers membership? How will this work?

If you go to the Member Tab, you will either be able to see a button that says Change Level under the Perks Info OR in the top right corner of that same tab there is a gear symbol. If you tap the gear ⚙️ symbol you will get a drop down menu with on option being Change Level! Then all you do is click the Change Level button and you should be able to switch from the macaron lover tier into a new tier! :)
