Your brain only has so much things it can focus on at a time. So when you're new your brain needs to focus on shifting, on checking surroundings, on how you hold your hands and where you place your feet, on how you lean, and that's a lot of things to focus on at once anyway, so having an extra distraction is not a great idea. When most of those things go into autopilot and you don't need to focus on them, then and only then you may play some music.

I drive around anny cold temperatures, hot, cold. In Winter sometimes its around -10 still no problem, just layer up and accept the cold and got heated grips.

What?? I just saw your RPMs almost at the red, never done higher than 7,000 rpm cause I think it’ll damage my bike. So it’s perfectly okay to get your rpms that high before shifting gears??

I litterally fel on my third class because i was so tensed , when i came out of snake exercise i accidently rolled the throttle and the bike took off... took a nasty fall. Really need to chill when riding

Im driving an Escooter and whiskey throttle is still a thing. I wiped out hard after going over a pot hole, grabbed a fist full of throttle and off it went. Messed up my knee really bad I'm super tense while driving now, trying to get back into it. I struggle with relaxing. I'll definitely try to implement these techniques. Thank you.
