I'm considering greek as my first second language to learn, but it feels silly as it seems to difficult. To be honest my initial reason was after I read The secret History, they speak a lot of Latin and Greek history, and I love Greece. I don't feel drawn to french or Spanish, I don't feel myself wanting to go there.

i also reccomend mazii, it's a highly underrated app!!!! that is a japanese dictionary app with a bunch of side features that are helpful when you start learning japanese: look-up, translate, grammar learning, jlpt tests, flashcards... and so on

didnt watch the full video but whenever i do learn the lyrics to songs in japanese i not only remember the words but the meanings too and since i love music but only listen to japanese music i wanna try to take advantage of that but its hard to force myself to do it loll
