I lived on this concert recording for ages. Peak Police. The audio accompanied me on my trip to Europe at 19. Special memories. Also, is that Trudie Styler backstage at 1:03:00?

I would never say Andy Summers is underrated, but the more I watch this band live on KZbin, the more I appreciate his impact - which was equal to Stewart and Stings

My first rock concert was The Police during this tour, mid-December 1980 in Mar del Plata, Argentina. Zenyatta was nº 1 USA at the time. Our local theater was only half full, however; they weren't as big here yet (I heard later that they were pissed off by this). I was fifteen. This was their best moment for sure. Only 3 people making all that music by themselves, no background singers/keyboardists. Killer show

Ummm ... wow! WIth Christian McBride it was for me classic and timeless check out The Red One from the Day Trip CD. Some of the nuanced interplay is sublime. This is just crazy how Masseurs Metheny and Sanchez are able to completely cover what a bassist or a bassist and a pianist or a bassist, pianist and sax player and .... (you get the idea) might play. Wow, just wow.
