great video, would you alternate the exercises from week to week through the program so that each core lift i.e. squat/DL/Bench each get a turn on a day two. So athletes can push their limits on each exercise ?

I do as well. I love this exercise and although I don't have any before and after measurements, my hips definitely feel better when I stand up and swing a golf club.

Definitely a great stretch for external rotation, but doesn’t it also strengthen it on the way down because of resistance.

Thanks for the video. Love the focus on high school athletes and the acknowledgment that simpler is better when the training age is so young, and when the attendance may be inconsistent. These factors are often overlooked/ignored in the training world because the "pioneers" are training elite athletes.
