Mr. Paul, thank you for your video. Is it true le main function of Pcv valve to get rid of blow by gases from the crankcase engine and stop the engine from catching fire in the event of an engine backfire? What if there only the hose! The hose will be enough to let the blow by gases recycle.

Useful info. I don't have any codes, but I have a .12 amp drain on my battery when the car (2012 G37) is off. When I pull the 50amp fuse for the VVEL solenoid it drops to .01. Going to replace it this week.

After connecting the blue hose, there was no way to purge it of air/humidity before it entered the system?!., like with a real manifold or you loosen the connections slightly until you have some refrigerant coming out to be safe for the system.

Mine did not have the screws at each end. It would appear that the installer bent the corner where you trim holding it in place then trimmed. Great video, no bs but cut the music.

I keep mine simple - buy the generic standard battery in Walmart that fits for your car & replace it every 4 years (weak or not - I replace it)

All the Toyota batteries I've bought for my Toyotas never lasted more than 2 years... I just get the AGM batteries from Walmart 4 year free replacement warranty and they're way cheaper 😎

The air in that chamber will slowly dissolve in the water. In a few weeks or months there will be no more air on those chamber. So how this chambers will replenish the air by itself??

Dying batteries are also very hard on fuel pumps. The low voltage burns them out. A guy told me he was on his third dead fuel pump. I checked his battery and it was down to about 10.5 volts overnight. I replaced the fuel pump and the battery, and zero problems since.

My wife has a 2017 Nissan and it still has the original equipment battery in it going strong and we're knocking on the door of 2025. That's pretty dang impressive also from Nissan in my opinion. 25 will be year 8

The flapper wears down over time. It is easy to pop off and replace. The fill valve is more of a pain in the ass. You can buy this at Home Depot. Bring your old device to the store you can show the guy in the store, "I'm looking for this rubber thingy for my toilet..."

Did he ever tell us what the easy fix was? My guess, depending on mileage, is the spark plugs and/ or coils. Had to replace one coil on a Buick Encore. I have a Chevy Trax right now that misfires under load at above 3500 rpm. Plugs look shot so I’ll replace them first.
