This could have been avoided with a Nitrous system that's already adjusted for a certain amount like per say 25% nitrogen or 45% instead of a valve That lets it all in and then turns it all off at once for example have I a switch system in my car that allows the best and safest amount for my car about 35% but thats with my 2 turbo chargers

You can use whatever TB you like. The OE TB is what is used in the Cadillac and it's kinda small anyway. Most people don't have room to keep a bigger TB back there against the firewall anyway so it get's moved around the the side. Either way you'd need a adapter plate which we'll be providing shortly. If you cave room for a air filter you can use whatever you want. If you're installing in a FWD car then you've got plenty of room to do all this

What's it like to run the northstar blower vs an ls9 or lsa blower? I saw a video of an ls4 swapped DeLorean and he put an lsa blower on it.

The Cadillac M122 is the same size as the LSA but the LSA is slightly more efficient due to the updated rotor pack. A complete LSA ready to bolt on is also more $

Newbie here, what would happen if you just installed a valley cover and turned off/tuned out the dod system? From what I understand oil pressure pushes on the pins to allow the lifter to collapse during AFM mode? If you didnt have lifter issues before is it safe to assume you could continue for awhile and not have issues in the future? Im installing an LS2 intake so Im looking for a low profile cover anyway. Im looking for a budget solution at the moment. In the future I may go all the way but right now I do not want to rip this engine apart. Appreciate your help.

That looks super clean and ready for some great performances. I have the 5.3 with an aftermarket remanned 4t65e hd that I ended up going with after my previous 2 transmissions were shredded to pieces. Still holding onto the road with an 06 Impala SS for 18yrs now 🤞🏾🤞🏾

@liltree2007 who makes the mounts to drop the 4t80e into a w body i know you can use the stock 4t80e axles but no one i know has the mounts needed in production and he makes the convertor

@liltree2007 though he just had it for the ls4 not the 3800 i just sent him a message i can atleast get the driver side mount he sells that should be the same and maybe the front mount i could make work but the rear will be different

@00grandprixgtp I could be wrong but the 5.3 for the impala ss and the 3800 are relatively the same so hopefully it's not too much of a difference. I've seen a few of my friends and people on KZbin that was able to get it done with the same parts and a few tweaks
