Definitely been feeling like my immune system weakens… I get the chills, sneeze a lot and start to feel ill. Literally the feeling you get when you know a cold is coming on… its usually 1-2 days before my period starts.. soon as I start bleeding it goes away.. it never progresses. my cramps have intensified too.. ovulation cramps, implantation cramps… I’m cramping on & off 2 weeks before and the 1 week before my period.
