you can make a protein shake without protein powder, you just need oats, peanut butter, milk, greek yoghurt or skyr and mix those with a fruit of your choice

I can’t use my fitness pal anymore without having to pay for it. At least the “scanning part” I have to pay to use that. I’ve been using that app for so long, but I refuse to pay $20 for it. So now I use an app called Cronometer to track what I eat. I absolutely love it

I do dumbbell rdl's for my hamstrings mostly. I don't feel it in my glutes AT ALL. I do goblet squats with a wide stance and that works and hip thrusts with my legs out wide
