I don’t think people truly realize how incompetent and unsustainable the nazis were. The actively shot themselves in the foot by rejecting what were the best scientists on account of them being Jewish, their idea of genetics and biology was known to be flawed even at the time, sooner or later they’d run out of minorities to blame shit on and then either turn on themselves or fall apart, they actively refused to listen to anything that didn’t align with there ideology even if the evidence was right in their face, and hitler built the entire thing surrounding his image so when that guy died there would be a crippling power vacuum like never seen before.
