I scored around a 50 around neuroticism but I do have a high aces score, and cptsd, yet I am generally optimistic, while at times, I generally analyze situations for danger. I would like to discuss with you more about this.

Like someone else, I'm a serial procrastinator - I have goals, small ones even, broken down to very basic tasks. I have a schedule, boxing out time for those small tasks. I have a plan and to do lists as well. It doesn't matter who knows what so accountability doesn't work. I'll simply say I couldn't be bothered as I know they can't do anything. Everything is easier said than done. I think you use the word habit incorrectly. We need to start with behaviours before habits. You're assuming we're behaving correctly, and consistently as that's when the habits will form. You can't build a habit without behaviours Yes, you say it's simple, and the process is simple but you told us all the whats, but not really the hows. So very theoretical and academic with some obvious basic answers. But lacks real depth in terms of behaviours

I’m a bit confused. I do find that I am an agreeable type. However, I do not share all those characteristics. I do not trust easily, as a matter of fact I trust no one and I don’t say that to be humorous. I am not too friendly with anyone, I am also always serious, I don’t smile much. Yet, I don’t know what it is about me that gives ppl the impression that I am a welcoming person. I can sit anywhere, minding my own business and all of a sudden a stranger will come up to me and randomly start a conversation. I don’t enjoy small talk, I’m more of a get straight to the point because I do not have time, type of person. I’m also highly intuitive or discerning rather. Been called weird my whole life, due to that trait I hold. I do remember being called a “trendsetter” back when I was in middle school. By the time I got to high school even grownups would compliment my style. I guess that creative part of me is what would attract people to me? Even now as a woman in my early thirties, I have women compliment me on many things and I see them later cloning the things I do or the things that I wear. It’s a bit weird but then I wonder about the power I hold in me, that can go to the extent of having that level of influence on others. Perhaps I fall under Low-Agreeableness🤷🏻‍♀️

I understand there are two sides of the same coin in personalities…. I’ve heard that conscientious personalities can feel like they are never good enough and can lean towards depression. Have you heard this and what do you think? I have seen this and it makes sense. Thanks

I have always admired those who plan and get things done and just could not work out why I could not be more like them. Just learning about what being conscientious is about it a start :) I procrastinate and am easily distracted by my phone and waste a lot of time being online rather than getting things done. I have started by setting a limit of time on my phone and I have managed to get a lot more done at home.

I scored 100% in neuroticism on the Big 5 test and verrry very low on conscientious. If negative points were possible, I'd have that. I know neuroticism is not likely to change, so I've been feeling down that neuroticism is an all around negative trait unless paired with conscientious, so hearing that conscientious is flexible brings me great relief

It is “common sense”around here that common sense and experience are two different things and that one is born with or without common sense. People claiming to have common sense say things like “Jon has no common sense”. Can this common sense notion of common sense be tested?

My personality tests have given me overall scores of about 80% in Agreeableness, however I have also scored fairly low in the "Friendly" category - this is probably because I often come off as very reserved and a bit hard to make contact with, but I am also very compassionate and polite at the same time.

Hello, I've got a troll bot on my YT chn that follows me and won't leave me alone. When I block him, he just creates a new empty YT account and annoys me again "hi it's me again, hehehe, and I won't leave you alone, hehehe! :D", again, and again! I've blocked already over 100 accounts but he keeps popping up, ridiculing me with his obnoxious comments. I have anxiety disorder and panic, once he writes me again. He stalks me on YT. What can I do?
