@dumbproto3749 difficult to get out, but not impossible. I had a similar issue with an older joytoy figure. Just used some heat, a needle and a whole lot of persistence. Are you in the UK? If so, I've got some spare joints somewhere i could send you

@@SkellywagsTV Ill see what I can do about the joints first, i can take the joints out of one hand but the other might be significantly trickier considering the perfection of the break. The backpack is very wonky too. I asked about a replacement anyway but yeah. I hope joy toy never uses these joints again, idk why they decided they would be good for them

Hmmm maybe glue the knife sheath somewhere at the back. Otherwise, it's just choosing your preferred accessories

@@SkellywagsTV Yeah, I was thinking maybe using glue as well, but it almost fits in that hole that's on the back of the vest, so maybe if I could make the peg wider it would stay in place. Do you think some kiki would work?

Can't wait to put my hands on them - I love their alien-is sci-fi look. But instead of the bald guy and his sibling I got two guys from the Yu Jing Black Ops team (the male and female in black): I wanted some flying/jumpy guys to join the team. The only thing that I don't like is the oversized scabbard which seems out of place with the design IMHO. Otherwise, happy to have them join my crowded shelves!

I love these figures and agree they're the nicest looking in infinity. However, Joy Toy deal QC has struck as always. I bought six figures. One's arm broke off at the shoulder peg, the one with two cannons has the same leg issue as yours plus one of his cannons broke off. Also, one of the guys with blades on his back has an arm that falls off. I'm so damn tired of Joy Toy's lack of concern for quality. But its my fault, I keep buying them. The bald guy is great! No issues so far and fun to play about with. I ordered two more of him - gonna be an army of cyborg clones.

The Joytoy QC issues strike again! The right cannon on my Yan Huo is loose and feels like it could snap off! Luckily the leg just needed to be popped in further after some heat treatment. I've been lucky not to have too many QC issues over the years. AC Studio has had quite a few as well. You've definitely been hit bad by QC. Yeah, the Bane looking guy is my favourite of the lot. He'll look great in clone multiples!

Joy toy is so.much better than acid rain. But it depends what style your into ? Acid rain looks more like mad max end of world type S. Joy toy is so different than that. Finally got a acid rain and was NOT impressed I'll stick with Joy toy

This is my favourite set of figures from the Corvus Belli line. Although the Gecko Squadron power armour is my favourite of the power armours. I can't wait to get my Blue Wolf Cavalry, though; it should be here soon.

Yeah, the initial promo pics had an awesome headsculpt with normal eyes. One of the main draws. Whiting out those eyes should hopefully make it usable

@ received them both and couldn’t be more peeved, one of Magnus’ large horns is heavily warped (no pun intended) going inward and he’s missing a scripture bit (purity seal) on his cape, like completely missing since it never came in the package otherwise I would’ve glued it back on. Then Russ’ knife is completely glued into the scabbard, like come on JoyToy. QC on Primarchs should be top notch given their premium price tag, I recognize these are small issues in terms of the big picture, but both of these are over $200 USD! Not my first time with QC issues on a Primarch either as my Guilliman had a bunch of problems I had to fix myself…really second guessing my decision to collect the Primarchs now

@joeschmoe5608 ah mate, unlucky, that is unacceptable. Yeah, Primarchs should be at the top priority for QC. Try heat treatment for Magnus' horn and hopefully it'll restore to factory setting, same with Russ' knife -hopefully it'll loosen it up! Unfortunately, you'll have to get in touch with your seller for the missing scripture. I've had some form of QC issues with my Primarch's but lucked out with Russ and Magnus. Let me know how you get on with the heat treatment!

I'm a little traumatized... I bought some joytoy from aliexpress a while ago and they were sticky and oily at the same time like homeless bum piss and smelled like the devils anus... It was such a weird and terrible smell I can't even describe it. I soaked them in dishwashing liquid for like a whole day. If you order from ali I guess this is a heads up. I haven't bought any import 1:18 ever since.

That helmet looks amazing. Cooltoysclub really does have fantastic stuff, and $17? That's a great deal for a custom painted head. I checked the "hood" on mine, and it looks like it's glued. I have gotten random Joytoy figures before where some part (usually an elbow or knee pad) wasn't glued in like it was supposed to, so you probably just got lucky in this case.

I really appreciated learning about the halo shields. I always thought that it was stupid for some of them to forgo wearing a helmet and thought that it was for the story insofar as named characters sold for so much more than others. Learning that the spikes, half moon plumage was an incredibly strong force field really helped my weird nitpicking brain shut up and sit down 😁

The best price you can get new is from pia-club at $41.99 USD plus shipping. That's about standard for these acid rain figures. Yup a bit pricey, but check Kowkis for better deals on other stock. They've got 10% off at the moment on all products. It's a deep and expensive rabbit hole my friend!
