It seems like almost every case of people receiving Horus I've seen has either one of his top spikes broken, or one of his ammo belts is missing. I wonder why those issues specifically are so common for this figure?

I'm glad I didn't have a missing ammo belt! Not much protecting the spikes in the box, so I'm not surprised it's a common issue. The missing belt though is just lazy. Come on Joytoy lol

I was worried after seeing some with the broken spike and just general JoyToy QC issues from my other figures. I got extremely lucky because my Horus is legit perfect, no painting issues, loose joints, missing pieces or broken bits! Well worth my money, especially considering I only paid $107 (USD) for him and got him very quick thanks to Prime shipping. Just ordered the MKVI beakie boys so I can pose them all from the end scene of Horus Heresy trailer

Damn, you got a great deal for Horus! After the initial QC issue I had, I was worried there'd be more with all the little details etc. Luckily everything else was fine. I'm gonna pick up a custom soft goods cape. I've still gotta open up the rest of my beakie boys!

Amazing figure. Have you seen those pics with people putting a magnet-activated small LED at the back of his head? Small mod that makes him look more menacing and like his cinematic trailer counterpart. Great video as always, man!

Well, can't say that I am not happy of spending so much money on these awesome Primarch figures XD I love how small the "standard human" figures look compared to this ascended Horus, hopefully we will see normal humans from Heresy era too! Thanks for the review: looking forward to see those magnificent Sons of Horus legionaries too!

That QC issue is a bummer, but it was limited. This guy is going to terrorize your kids nightmares for years !! Great review, very jealous, but very out of my price range No metal parts on this figure ??

Yeah, to be fair, after that initial QC issue i feared there'd be more. Especially considering how complex he is visually. My son wanted to play with him when he first saw him lol No metal parts. Maybe Joytoy trying to save on costs!

No die-cast joints for Horus that I could see. Only seen them in the new Terminators and Ahriman. A bit nuts the Primarch's don't have any, but Horus is still solid!

Damn, that has to be a specific problem with packaging and fragility of the spikes. I was lucky my spike was hanging off!
