Hello everyone! I’m not trying to be a know it all but I hope you understand our bodies are complex by the time you’ve done this you’ve obviously had the size of you’re fingers for years, you can’t expect it to melt within a day, it’s just not physically possible, but I hope you start a streak of days where you do this because after 21-30 days it’ll be worth it, and another aspect is hydrating and eating healthy with greens, fruits, and seeds and meats, and cutting sugar, sodas and alcohol. I believe in y’all, let’s get some nice fingers :) and get healthy!

Does it work ? I am not fat but I have fat deposited in my stomach after 3 times pregnancy, I am too lazy to exercise routinely, but I find this videos to some extent easier as others , and I think I can do it in the break every day in work , so I really want to know if it works and should I follow special diet to see results ?
