Should you plead guilty?

Most cases in the court system settle. It’s a big decision to give up your rights and plead. Talk to a lawyer first.

The legal system got you in a choke hold tap out or pass out. You fight the charges and your found guilty You go to jail. You passed out. A person can spend a lot of money hiring an attorney. It seems like the attorneys are just like a public defender. They will convince you to take the plea.

Never meet with or talk to police. Everything goes thru your attorney........

What about if I waived my "Miranda Rights", and continue taking with the police about my innocence?

A friend submitted, an admission of guilt, his reason being that the public prosecutor told him and his lawyer presents the other submits it, against him, after the guilty plea it was discovered that the friend did not intend to give any testimony against him and that he was not on the list of witnesses

The most shocking thing is that the police officer presented evidence at the hearing that contained more than one forged evidence, in addition to concealing the PSI report.

I been charge for invading arrest and tmr I got court but my attorney want me to do a plea or trail but hn I want probation my case been a year old ! What u think ?
