We love you Dr Sanchez! It really does suck being a woman in a male dominated field. I get this currently in the military in a field that is less than 3% female. I am currently pursuing a career in medicine, so I fully expect to deal with this in medicine. It's not right and I wish it weren't that way. But you are such an inspiration, it's amazing to see someone that you identify with living the life that you want.

I’m realizing that yes even tho we want to be equal, and we had to prove to men we could do this, we must be put in leadership positions that express their femininity where we change the workplace to better fit us. We only have one week a month where we can give it our all bc of our jobs. We need at least one day off a month in case of bad period pains or pregnancy issues and we need paid time off for being mothers, we need community and to be able to express ourselves more at work, etc.

Many Parents always make time for children no matter how busy they are specially in fields like medicine. When the child grows up he/she should me made to understand that my mum or dad are out saving lives and will eventually come to me . That is how love and relationship is built now with advice like candace owens that tells men and women have seperate roles . My mum dad always made time for me despite being super busy and i have grown up to be just fine. A man isn't born to just earn and feed a woman isn't born to bear and raise kids alone
