The stuff you said about standardized exams and knowing how they’re gonna ask you questions is also so true for nursing. I study the material but the way they ask questions is so confusing and it makes it hard 😭

It's because in residency we are highly underpaid...as interns we are mostly assisting but as we progress a lot of times we are doing full surgeries.
