Hi! In which city or region in Canada are STOP signs in the language of native Canadians?
@y3106Ай бұрын
I’m confused about Finland. You got that instantly but I thought there were tons of countries with 5 stripes.
@mitzki12142 күн бұрын
Most countries have 5 stripes in Europe but Finland is a little more detailed and it has no visible belt

Great video, I've been playing for a while and I've never really seen some of these stop signs lmao. Greetings from Brazil and thank you for including our black back sign.

Just found your channel. I am very intrigued by the systematic approach to geoguessing, and my impression it is also mostly dudes. I sometimes use the random Street View thing as a conversation starter in lessons (I teach language) too. It works unless you get dropped in the middle of nowhere. :)

Russia, Estonia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus as well as Armenian, Georgia and Azerbaijan have the same sign except for Russia has a giant neon yellow border around it.

For Estonia, the head of the person is connected to the body.

Washington vibes? BC. South Dakota vibes? Literally entire middle. Chicago vibes? Ontario. Arret? Quebec. Taiga? The whole damn northern part, east to west, good goddamn luck.

I was doing this and I came up with a fake meta that kind of worked: Alberta grass. It kind of looks like wheat. I used it on your third round and, sure enough, it was Alberta 😂 Sometimes, I find that some BC rounds can look like Ontario or Quebec, or vice versa.

I'm biased, but I think our Swedish signs look the best, although the Finnish ones are quite similar, except for the different number of stripes. Most of the others have their guys in really weird poses.

As a Canadian, the blue no front license plate is what gave away that it was Nova Scotia and not Alberta on that one. Other than that, you've done a marvellous job

Can't wait to play this map, such a great idea and good way to get better because these signs are a great meta. I'm always trying to remember, did this country have the dotted lines, border or, etc... I just made a map called "No Major Cities" with almost 2 million locations, but all outside of major cities and highways. So it's for me a great way to get better at judging my location from more rural areas without major indicationsc and signs.
