you can differentiate norway sweden and finland from the road lines since norway has long dashed lines, sweden has short dashed lines, and finland has continuous lines

Also, I think Norway has yellow centre line (since it is easier to see in the snow). I'm not sure about the other two, though! I think Sweden and Finland have white centre lines.
