What grip trainers you recommend brother. Been doing a lot of pullups with towels so looking for sonething more. Also out of interest did you do the row with your normal weight you normally use to train your back with or do you do this as a completey seperate exercise. The latter makes more sense but im interested.

Man I feel like you can find this video only if you search for this exact content. Thanks for the tips. I, for example, have terrible shifts. Working in a hotel reception, doing afternoons and nights. I can't even regolate one or the other. I changed two bjj gyms, always so, so frustrated of getting gassed out, cause the cardio you get after the nights is shit. And can't even try to explain because I don't want to sound like I'm the guy making excuses in the gym. But I'm actually thinking of changing work, or to go work to somewhere else just so I can finally sleep well and train ju jitsu properly. People really don't get how deteriorating night shifts can be and do to your physical condition. Hope to who's reading to get, if you can, better sleep. Ain't gonna give up on that belt

Why not just lift the weight in a controlled manner? Is your forearm going to grow from the fact that the weight turns around in the air? Not trying to be obnoxious but this seems risky for you.
@dinopalavra87629 күн бұрын
Its not risky at all, this trains grip explosiveness aka the ability to use all of your grip strenght as fast as possible. What do you mean by risky? Some people say it can crush your foot but thats like saying deadlifting can crush your foot, just widen your feet its almost impossible to happen.

That arm control is what I am missing from this move. I have pulled this off on a few people, but at times I can only get the back of my foot on the side of their neck instead of the hamstring. I will try the arm control lift next time. great vid.
