Yeah, the grind to 219 detective is big though. I'm just afking detection now with my 209 method to get to 2019 and currently gearing up to grind from 219-300 probably afk lol. I do wish the capes were upgradable. Just waiting till 500... Herblore is a cool cape too!

The most important thing is the timing of entering the fight. You need to enter the fight so that you resummon before rasial enters his last phase, but also late enough that you do not re-summon and do not cast death skulls and instead living death. When I started afking rasial again a week ago, I was having issues as well. The timing of conjuring + entering the instance is vital for success. If I ring of death and I am not on an aegis aura, I just pop a vitality potion and I don't die. I'm playing brighter shores so it's easy to see my screen become grey and click. Again, this is for when I am not on aegis aura.

@@XJ9LoL yeah i was using vitality when rod popped but yeah that was exactly it, summons at that perfect time window or it throws off the entire end. thanks for the guide and helping out on that. about 5h of flawless kills since checking your msg and rewatching. i got focused more on the bar+item reqs than the entry 'rotation' which is my bad. so thank you for replying back! for anyone in the future reading if youre missing just a bit of the reqs and need that little push, the vitality powerburst on rod proc is helpful. got my clanny on t90 weps no aegis (vampyrism) doing it :) wouldn't recommend much less though.

Yeah, you could also undead slayer ability (loseless, it's a free spell to cast @ the ending 200k) and/or vuln bomb. One thing about doing this inputs, even a vitality pot, is that sometimes it can make you die or get closer to dying, due to perhaps healing too much (death ward not working @ a huge nuke part) or vitality pot not reducing much damage and reducing your healing (if you healed 3000 during a vitality pot proc, it's actually only a 1500~ heal). I am glad my advice helped you though! There is a reason I am very precise with what I say. I even said so during my guide! Hehe!

Yeah, I am glad you agree with the review score. They made it clear this game won't have MTX besides membership to unlock chapters. I think a lot of gamers are used to super flashy games that are made to make you buy MTX instead of actually being a solid game. This game definitely does not deserve a 62% review score, but I can understand players concerns.

I am having the same "problem". I can't get a purple weapon upgrade and I am killing bears over and over trying to get an upgrade. Until then, fights are close as heck. Bears I find the easiest because you can easily safe spot them with 3-4 shots with your bow before going in, and you can drink a pot easily as well between hits. I wonder if the grind once you hit level 20 is intentional or only because it's early access, and they don't want players to get super high profession levels? I also wonder how the game will be once you can trade with players. Purple weapons of any level will sell for a ton of silver. Even a level 4 purple is better than a level 16 blue lol. I've been killing thieves + bears from 18-26 scout, and I only got an upgrade of 5 damage from a higher level blue 2h sword that beat my 1h ever so slightly in terms of dps. That is pretty crazy. EDIT: And I just got a level 22 legendary helmet from bears... And notice no difference at all... lol...

@@XJ9LoL I think the grind is intentional. The game is like designed, imo, for you to mass produce various potions so you can grind in the 20s+. Gathering and potion making are incredibly slow as well considering you have to travel half the map back and fourth later on, AND potions only last for like one battle, or a couple minutes. I haven't done much cooking but I can imagine food giving buffs of any sort later on.

Potions are pretty meh and the time to produce them takes too long for the benefit, at least in these short easy fights I was doing as a level 33 scout. I think buying potions can be viable maybe? I do hope fishing/cooking matter eventually. They might have to make HP matter and make fish/meals auto consume after a fight ends to heal, and potions are used during fights. It's just off with the balancing with the current % hp value healing and how low player hp is at the start.

Yeah, I got 300mil+ hunter exp doing this method. One of the better skilling updates were actively playing is properly rewarded compared to the afk alternatives.

I never bothered making a 2k-4k enrage guide because the 1k enrage guide I made is the same all the way to 4k lol.

dog water event. im thankful i did not bother getting level 200 and 6500 score. I could've done it if I no lifed. But the fact you can get it in a vastly easier/less time consuming way that was announced @ the end makes it meaningless. Was really dumb. meh.

I think the drop rates for the current rares should be the same, but any future can be considered to be different. At this point, we need to respect the time/gp invested. I personally don't like dealing with items that change prices a lot. I personally only wanted the reaper masks + dino pet. I am getting my girlfriend the spider + solak pet as long as they are sub 1.2bil. But it still annoying thinking about "oh, maybe i should buy it out and make 5-10bil".

Eh, I was maybe gonna get the solak but I will pass. I just got the dinosaur skin. I will try to get my gf the spider + solak skin. I got us the dino mask though cuz I think it looks cool. The other masks I might get as long as they are 150mil~. usually better off just doing zamorak or any boss for 60mil+ hour then this if you do not want to get unlucky tbh. But the double/triple tokens are worth doing imo.

@XJ9LoL with these events it's better to just buy the rewards if you like them.

I guess, but 100mil+ hour and the maize maze is fun so there is that.
