Hi Ai! My name is Ailin from México. I first heard of Shu Cream in a Japanese TV show called Absolute Boyfriend when I was 12 years old. Now I am 26! I am rewatching the TV show and I got so curious on Shu cream - I really want to learn how to do custard ❤ hopefully I can master it Thank you for your video! I will get all the ingredients ready and try to do Shu Cream! 🎉 thank you, Chef! ❤

Thank you for sharing your recipe for cream puffs!! I made them at home and I loved the result! I wanted to give you a tip: I think it'd be helpful to add how long did you cook the custard for (I had to look in another website and it took me approximately 20 mins to make it thick) and for how long it should stay icing. It'd be great too if you could add how we can store them after baking them. Anyways, thanks again!

Hi! Do you have any of these measurements in US equivalents? I see the ounce conversions, but I'd really like to try your recipe and I think tablespoon and teaspoon measurements would be very helpful. Thank you!

Is this the same as An spread that you apply on shokupan bread? Or does the An spread include Mizuame?
