Here’s what I’ve understood from experience, 2ish hours of sleep makes you groggy in the morning then getting more productive as the day goes by, whereas and all nighter is more active in the morning then becoming sleepier. Hope this helped💞

For some reason, every time I try to stay up past 3 am, every time I walk, my entire legs shake and I can’t move because of how tired I am. I try coffee and energy powder but that makes my entire body just feel worse and I can’t move.

Proteins in food can be measured with the Kjeldahl method, fats can be measured via solvent extraction of GC. Total carbs can be measured by subtracting all known masses from the total mass. But there are many different methods for determining mono/di-/poly-saccharides. You can look it up

Currently around 2:45 AM. Can’t sleep. But I did wake up at around 11:00 AM yesterday lol. So I’m obviously not gonna sleep soon. I’ve done this before, and I only got to about 3:00 PM before I had to take a nap. I’m having coffee and oats in the morning, so that’ll give me some energy. And I have school tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Never take the "fuck it why sleep now" approach even if you are up till 5am go to sleep. Even if you go for 3 or 4 hours it will make a huge difference in your mood and cognitive function. But that's more for entrepreneurs and not people who have jobs working for other people on that case just dln stay up late
