I am a fifty-something enjoying life here in Ireland.
Helen and I moved from the UK in 2016 for a quieter life.
The cottage had stood empty for ten years, so plenty of renovation was ahead.
I enjoy the garden, wildlife and being outside. I enjoy being creative, upcycling, reusing etc; nothing goes to waste.
We live on 1.2 acres but use the sunnier side of the garden for vegetables. We also have a small polycarbonate polytunnel
where we grow our tomatoes.
I share my likes and disappointments also my tips and ideas in the garden with my friends here on KZbin.
The channel has been just great for friendships and like-minded people to share their experiences and ideas.
I also enjoy other hobbies like fishing and creating things from wood in the garden.
We live in County Mayo in Rural Ireland.
