I have to admit that I haven’t been using either that much. Maybe once every few months, so I don’t have great data on which one would last longer. I did feel that the Bob & Brad version was pretty solid if you wanted to save some $s.

The updated model has a crossbar and will go up to 6 MPH, you can get your HR with it. Also, even in your home gym you didn't have it leveled. These lightweight units have to be level to ensure the belt runs true all the time. The newer model also has a much better display at your feet. It for sure isn't a true treadmill that can take the pounding real running would put on it but for what it is it seems to work for my wife.

Two questions: 1. are these shoes really flexible (can you fold them up)? 2. Is the rocker noticeable? I am looking for a 3mm drop shoes with an overall low stack that does NOT have a rocker. I, unfortunately, do not live close enough to anywhere that sells these shoes in store. Thank you in advance, for your feedback.
@FitnessFinance4u19 күн бұрын
These shoes are somewhat flexible, but they aren't like a barefoot shoe that can be entirely rolled up. I'm not sure if it "doesn't" have a rocker. It's very much like a "traditional" running shoe, but a stripped down version. I hope that helps? Fyi, if you buy them, be aware that the color of the shoe will bleed into your white socks a little bit.

Dude, TQ for this review. We all have different goals. For me, a stepper might be a good tool (just trying to get my 150min cardio weekly). That said, a machine that will poop out after 15 mins is useless. So, after all that, do you have a rec for a solidly built/premium stepper? You intimate that maybe Sunny & GoodDay might be made by the same co. I'm willing to pay for a good stepper but it's rough in these streets: Hard to find NON-SPONSORED, real reviews. TIA for more intel.
@FitnessFinance4u19 күн бұрын
Thanks for watching my video. From my research, it seems that most mini steppers in the $25-$60 range don't last that long. If you still want one, it's probably best to get one of the Sunny or Good Day mini-steppers and use it until it breaks. When it does, just get another one. Sunny does make a more "professional" version of it's mini stepper. (I haven't tried that one, but here is a link). amzn.to/4gjbWYp

In my opinion the app isn’t worth it. I downloaded it today for some structured guidance but there are much better (in my opinion) options available for free on KZbin. As he mentioned in his review, there’s no audio, no explanation on how to do the moves, the timer/way you move through the cycles in the workout is cumbersome. Also the moves are pretty basic and seem to repeat between his different programs. & the “nutrition section” is beyond basic. It’s a single screen grab of suggested proteins, carbs & fats & in the Northman guide there’s a screenshot of how to calculate one macro ratio. Again, all of this can be found for free very easily online. & you are paying either $15/month or $99/year (as of right now). There is nothing worth paying for in the program (at least that I have seen)

Everyone has a different experience with sneakers. Personally, for me, the Hoka Clifton 9 is the best running and walking shoe for warm, dry days, while the Clifton 9 GTX is for wet, cold days. I also have the Arahi 6, which I can't complain about, but it's not the best feeling. Everyone finds a pair of sneakers that fit them best.I have had a positive experience with New Balance, some Asics, and Mizuno, but number one would be Brooks, from which I have used and still use the Ghost 15 and Trace 2. I bought the new Ghost 16 GT that I have yet to test. At the end, I would suggest you try the Rincon 3 from Hoka, I think they are in the range you are looking for.

I agree that everyone has different preferences when it comes to sneakers and thanks for sharing yours. I have now grown to love the Clifton 9s. I guess some shoes take a bit more time to get used to? Thanks for watching and thanks for the reco!

Probably one tablespoon of butter is fine, but people should watch their saturated fat intake, despite what a lot of keto people say. The best way to be sure is to have your apob or non HDL cholesterol checked. MCT oil doesn't seem to have any negative health effects. I've moved away from BPC, amd I put a tablespoon or two of protein powder in my coffee, along with heavy cream, cinnamon and some sweetener. I'll probably start MCT oil again.

The original cloud X really works for my foot. I have a very narrow heel. I wear them all the time. However their new models the X2 and X3 have been epic fails. Hardly any cushion and the heel end of the shoe is much lower. Haven’t tried the X4 yet so can’t comment. Wish they would bring the original X back.
